It has been a pleasure working with you Graham as you have been a huge asset to the project. Not only did you come up with a terrific design but you were so much help with the building works. Having a new house built was a daunting task as there is so much to sort out. Your recommendations for the floor tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms saved the day. I am so glad you liked the finished result and made the effort to come back to see us - sorry the garden wasn't completly finished! Our builder is going to contact you for his next project and I have given him all of your details. I hope his next customers are as happy with you as we were.

Having had so many problems with our kitchen installation we were so grateful to you for coming up to see us and tell us what to do. I didn't think we would be able to rescue what they had done as it was so awful. You gave us such good advice and help at the time we needed it most. Thank you for dealing with the fitter and electrician because we didn't have a clue what we were doing. We wish now we had contacted you at the begining but we were told.............were good! They did give us a partial refund and we are grateful to you. I know you didn't design our kitchen but your help in making it look great was so much appreciated.

Smashing! At last a kitchen I can be proud of. Love the idea of the American fridge and the plate rack looks great. The drawing really helped because I am not good at visualizing things. Thought it seemed extravagant to pay for a designer but you were worth it. I have recommended you to our friends and they will be contacting you next week.

Our kitchen is briliant. So glad we took your advice and knocked through into the dining room - what a difference it's made to the size but also the light. I don't know why we hadn't thought of doing this years ago as we hardly ever used the room - in fact only at Christmas. The kitchen is now huge and works so well that my husband now helps cooking. We love our new kitchen up here in the freezing north - the Aga has made all the difference although can't get the hang of it yet - have had many a ruined meal so good job we had the built-in microwave after all.
